Quick Start

If you’ve received your invite to Aglide, you’re ready to get started! In the email you’ll find an invite code, which you’ll need to enter during the setup.

  1. Install the Aglide Browser Extension

Please install the Aglide Browser Extension in your main browser. Aglide supports Chrome (and other Chromium based browsers), Safari and Firefox.

Clicking the link above will take you to the correct version for this browser. For other browsers, please check the dedicated installation page.

  2. Download the Aglide Desktop App

You may have had Aglide installed on your computer already, or you may need to follow a specific process to install it, set by your administrator.

If you haven’t been provided with a specific process, you can download the Aglide Desktop App from the link in the email you received.

  3. Login to Aglide and Register your Device

Once you’ve installed the Aglide Desktop App, you can login to Aglide and register your device.

Open the Desktop App, and on the login screen click “Use Single Sign-on”.

Enter your work email address, then your browser will redirect back to the Desktop App.

You’ll be prompted to sign in with your identity provider (e.g. Okta, Entra, Ping). You may see a popup in your browser asking for permission to open the app. If you do, please allow it.

If it’s your first time using this device you’ll need to register it. If you have the invite code in your email, you can enter it here, otherwise you will need to wait for your administrator to approve the device.

After entering your code, or your administrator has approved the device, you’ll be logged in and ready to access your apps.

  4. Access your apps

There are three main ways to access your apps. With each method you will be redirected to sign in with your identity provider (e.g. Okta, Entra, Ping), then the app will start to be prepared in the background.

    1. Via the Desktop App

Opening the Desktop App will show you a grid of all your apps. You can click on an app to open it.

    2. Via the app's Login Page

On the regular login page for the app, you can click the Aglide popup to open the app.

    3. Via your Identity Provider

You can also access your apps via your identity provider (e.g. Okta, Entra, Ping), along with all your other SSO apps.
